If you’re a team admin, the Outcomes tab in the web dashboard under Team shows what your reps’ calls produce. You can see whether reps act on StageWhisper’s insights during their calls, which deals they won, how closely calls follow your playbooks, and how results compare with how your team sold before. Only team admins see Outcomes. Reps don’t. We’re turning it on for teams gradually, so if you’re an admin and don’t see the tab yet, it hasn’t reached your team.

What’s on the page

Pick a period at the top: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or a year. The numbers come from the same calls you see in the Activity tab: calls by reps with a seat, made since they got that seat. Calls you take yourself as an admin aren’t counted.

How insights are measured

Insight numbers come from Signals calls. Reps rate insights with the buttons under each one, during the call or later from their Library (see Live coaching). The helpful share counts only the insights a rep rated. After a Signals call ends, StageWhisper reviews it. For each insight, the review notes whether the rep acted on it and how the buyer responded. An insight counts as acted on when the rep used it after it appeared. If the rep had already said the same thing before the insight appeared, it doesn’t count. An insight landed when the rep acted on it, the buyer responded well, and it helped the call. Shares are worked out only from reviewed insights, so a call that hasn’t been reviewed doesn’t pull them down. If StageWhisper finds that acting on an insight hurt the call, you’ll see that count under the shares. We’re turning these reviews on for teams gradually. Until they reach your team, you’ll see “No reviewed insights yet”, and the Win rate by insights acted on chart stays empty. The win rate charts show which deals did better, not why. A rep who acts on more insights may also be the one who prepares more, so treat the bands as a pointer for coaching, not proof.

Add your deals

StageWhisper can’t tell which calls led to which deal, so you link them. Click Add deal and fill in:
  • Name, Rep and Amount. The currency starts as your team’s currency.
  • Stage: Open, Won or Lost. When you mark a deal Won or Lost, the close date is set to today, and you can change it.
  • Linked calls: tick the rep’s calls that were part of this deal. A call can belong to one deal, and a deal can have up to 100 calls.
Only deals with at least one linked call count toward lift. Deals in a different currency still count toward win rate, but not toward revenue.

Set your baseline

Click the settings button next to Add deal to open Outcome settings. Until you set a baseline win rate, the chart shows won revenue on its own.

How lift is calculated

Lift looks at the deals that closed in the period, have at least one linked call and use your team’s currency. It compares what those deals brought in with what your baseline predicts for them: baseline win rate × number of deals × baseline average deal. Lift can be negative, and the chart shows that too. Your monthly investment only counts for days your team existed during the period, so a team that’s three months old isn’t charged for twelve months in the year view.

What admins can see

Outcomes shows numbers and labels: call counts, playbook coverage, insight counts and shares, win rates, deal amounts, rep names and call titles. It never shows transcripts, notes, the text of insights, the review’s reasoning or tone analysis.
