Viewing your subscription
Go to dashboard.stagewhisper.io/subscription. You’ll see:- Your current plan and status (active, trialing, canceled, past due)
- Billing cycle dates
- Signals minutes used and remaining (if on a Signals plan)
- Trial end date (if applicable)
Payment methods
Click “Manage billing” to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:- Add or update your payment method
- View past invoices
- Update your billing email address
Upgrading or downgrading
From the subscription page, select a different plan. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rated billing for the remainder of your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade from a Signals plan to Coach, tone analysis stops being available once the downgrade takes effect. Your existing session data (including tone data from previous sessions) is not deleted.Canceling
You can cancel your subscription from the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel:- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, you lose access to live sessions and coaching features.
- Your account and session history remain accessible. You can still log in and review past sessions.
- You can resubscribe at any time.
